House built in 2008. It is located in the Txorierri Valley, in a rural environnement near of Lezama town, in the route of Santiago, at 10 km from Bilbao, 10 km from the coast and the beaches, 10 km from the Bilbao Exhibition Center. Zamudio Technology Park is 3 km away and the Loiu airport (Bilbao's... airport) at 5km. Euskotren's station is situated at 400 m, in 25 minutes instead communicates with the heart of Bilbao, the area of tourism, business and shopping. It combines the rustic and the modern. It has 6 double rooms, all with bathroom, television, heating and Internet connection (ADSL). It has a cozy living room with fireplace and television for the exclusive use of guests and a large dining room, exit to outdoor terraces from both of them.
