Kursaal Congress Centre, San Sebastian

The Kursaal in Donostia / San Sebastián is a spectacular architectural work by Rafael Moneo, located facing the Cantabrian Sea and serving as the epicentre of the city’s cultural and congress activity.

The Kursaal, two translucent glass cubes, offers multipurpose spaces equipped with state-of-the-art technology: the auditorium, with capacity for 1,806 spectators, the Chamber Hall, seating 624 people, and the exhibition areas, which can host between 10 and 575 people.

It is a unique and ideal venue for hosting all kinds of congresses, conventions, conferences, fairs, concerts, and shows, backed by more than fifteen years of proven experience.

It is a Conference Centre and Auditorium designed for events of major significance, as well as high-quality cultural activities such as the San Sebastián Film Festival, the Jazzaldia or San Sebastián Gastronomika, with the aim of promoting the wealth and image of Donostia and Gipuzkoa.

The Kursaal enjoys an exceptional location, facing the Cantabrian Sea, from where visitors can easily walk to iconic spots in the city such as the Old Town and La Concha Bay. In addition, it is close to the city’s main hotels, restaurants, and shopping area.
