Description

Long family tradition in the preparation of one of the most appreciated sagardoas. Several generations have dedicated themselves to this work in Astigarraga, which they combine with the activity during the txotx season. Cod in green sauce is, along with its special sagardoa, the main distinctive feature of Mina.

He sells sagardoa in bottles throughout the year.
