The Santiago beach is located where the Urola River flows into the sea, a place of long history and surrounded by blacksmiths’ forests. It was an essential resting place on the coastal branch of the Way of St. James.

Today, Santiago offers us wide sandy areas and calm waters. As the sand pushes into the sea, the dunes have multiplied, creating an ecosystem where more than 50 species live.
