The requested prepayment will be:

  • 25% of total booking For bookings of 1 night
  • 25% of total booking For bookings of 2 nights
  • 25% of total booking For booking of 3 or more nights

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

If a reservation is cancelled, a charge will be applied depending on the period of notice given. All cancellation charges will be the responsibility of the customer. The rates will be applied on the advance amount paid. The intervals and penalty rates applied are as follows:
