Close walking to cocktail bars with stunning views of the sea, plus good fish restaurants, seafood, Mexican / Ja...panese and other fast food. Located in the Erritxuola-Elejalde neighborhood 700m from its cliffs, park and beach of the same name, (also nudists) which, together with the neighboring town of Sopela, are also famous for surfing. Its location is perfect for photography because of its coastal flish, which is also world famous. The house is located in a privileged place 24km from Bilbao and 7km from Getxo, 1.5 km from Plentzia; communicating with a bus line that stops 70m from the house that connects it to the Bilbao metro. If you have a car, you can get to the nearest metro station in 5 minutes, as well as make all your purchases or go to the multiplexes in 15 minutes.
