SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF THE VOUCHER

In the list of accommodations attached, the corresponding pictogram indicates whether the voucher can be exchanged for a room with breakfast or an apartment. Exchanges can only be made in the way indicated and subject to availability.
In accommodations of rented apartments the stay is for 2 nights without breakfast but the holder is entitled to a kitchen.
This voucher can only be exchanged in the accommodations attached.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASING THE NEKAVOUCHERS

Stays are for 2 nights (2 consecutive nights in the same establishment).
The vouchers are not exchangeable in the high season: long weekends and festivities, Easter week (the full week), summer (from July 1st to August 31st), Christmas (from December 20th to January 10th).
The stay may be over the weekend or on weekdays.
The NekaVoucher is valid for one year from the date of issue..
The holder can ONLY stay in the accommodation that figures on the voucher..
In the lists of accommodations that figure on each voucher you will find details of how to exchange them; whether they are rooms with breakfast, an apartment or a complete house. It is not possible to rent in any way other than that indicated. For example: if in a voucher for 2 nights in a room with breakfast or an apartment for 2 persons there is accommodation with an apartment icon it will not be possible to reserve rooms with this voucher.
If you should use any service offered together with the accommodation but not included in the voucher, it must be paid for in the place of accommodation.
The same accommodation may figure on different vouchers with different rooms, because of the type or different rates for the rooms or apartments. The owner promises to reserve the room corresponding to each voucher.
Nekatur reserves the right to modify/update the list of accommodations that figure on each voucher.
Once a voucher has been purchased, Nekatur will not make a refund corresponding to the value of the voucher.
VAT (10%) is included in the price of the voucher and postage.

You can place an order by phone to Nekatur +34.943.32.70.90. You will be given an account number for the purpose of making the deposit, after which you will receive the voucher by post.

RESERVATIONS

Reservations are made through Nekatur by telephoning +34.943.32.70.90

Cancellations: Once the reservation has been made, cancellations will not be accepted. Only the dates may be changed (but not the accommodation) if this is of no inconvenience to the owner (in this case, changes would also be made through Nekatur).
