Due to the health and economic crisis caused by COVID-19, at Nekatur we have decided to take an exceptional measure for 2020 or until the situation returns to normal. Cancellations of bookings made through the Nekatur website will be free of charge for customers, provided that the reason for them is due to situations caused by COVID-19.

In any of the cases described below, customers may choose from the following options:

1-      Change the booking made for the accommodation to other specific dates.

2- Receive a NekaCheque which will allow them to stay in the same accommodation without specifying the dates.

In this case, customers will receive a cheque for the amount of the deposit paid and this amount will be deducted from the total payable for the new booking. Customers will have one year in which to stay in the same accommodation and will have the right to a refund if, after the year has passed, they have been unable to stay there.

3-    Cancel the booking free of charge; in this case, they will be given a 100% refund of the deposit paid.


o   It is impossible to travel by order of the authorities in the place of origin or destination.

o   Being affected by COVID-19, either due to contagion or having to self-isolate due to the possibility of contagion.

o   Death of a close family member.

o   The establishment being unable to offer accommodation for any reason whatsoever.
