The Touristic Quality’s « Q » is a distinction that awards the houses that carry out with the exigencies of the Spanish Touristic Quality System (SCTE), who encourages the businessmen to get the guests satisfaction, the adaptation of their services to the guest’s expectations, and to optimize their resources to get more benefice for the guest and for the businessmen.
